OK, here are my excuses...
- One WOD was an brisk 5k run. Yeah, I don't do that.
- Two days were REST DAYS -- yes, even soldiers gotta rest!
- Other days I was either golfing and slash or too tired to work out
I have to stay consistant and keep up with the WOD's.
I think my plan is to do previous ones if I feel like the day's WOD is not doable using a normal gym. Such as, I don't have those Olympic rings to do certain exercises.
