My thoughts:
- About ONE-HOUR!!!!
- This workout is not as "heart-pumping" as other workouts I have tried (i.e., CrossFit or Kwando @ Bally's)
- BUT, it is a killer toning workout and I reached complete muscle failure. You use a barbell (set the weights respective to your fitness level).
- You don't get much time for water slash rest, maybe a few seconds here and there throughout the workout!
- You definitely make this workout as hard or as easy as you want; And with majority ladies in the class you want to push yourself with more weights and keep up with the instructor.
- I did not, and Ryan agrees, feel awkward or embarrassed one bit during this exercise (about a quarter of the class is male). I know this is a reason why most guys don't try this stuff.
- TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!!! At one point I was at total muscle failure on a lot of the exercises, which is kind of the point.
Tomorrow, Crossfit W.O.D. from last Friday that I missed, it's going to be a good one! I am looking forward to passing out from utter fatigue.
